New 1000 yen "test note" outflow incident

It was manufactured in July, 2003 in order to check tone etc., and the "test ticket" which must have been discarded flowed out of the national Printing Bureau. It was sent by the Internet auction, and the test ticket wrote that a 9,900 million yen price was attached etc., and attracted attention on October 4, 2004 before new bill issue.
